Founded in 1977 the original Drakes collection started out with a number of high end men’s scarves. A range of English handmade ties and printed silk handkerchiefs soon followed. Today Drakes is the largest independent producer of handmade ties in England using only the finest quality of silk and continues to design in Clerkenwell London.
Drakes are and have always been all about keeping an open dialogue between tradition and innovation.
