Why doesn’t my credit card work?
We take most of the major cards out there today, but as a safety precaution for both customer and store it is only possible to purchase with a credit card issued in the same country as the order is placed from. If a problem is encountered we offer the option to pay by PayPal which works in most other cases.
Will a certain product get back in stock?
Restocks are always circumstantial, and there are no guarantees that we are able to restock on seasonal items.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
When you order has been prepared and awaits pick-up you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.
How do I return an item?
You should have received a return note with your shipment with the required information for returns. If not, please see the terms and conditions page for more information about returning an item.
How long does it take for me be refunded?
We aim to clear all refunds within 24 hours of when we have received your return. Please note that refund to credit cards usually takes 2-3 business days to complete.

Can I collect my item from your store?
Yes, simply select 'pick up in store' at checkout. You will receive an automated e-mail when your orders is ready for pick-up. Print your order confirmation and bring it together with identification to the store for collection.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges
Depending on where you buy from custom or import duties might apply when the shipment reaches its destination country.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Customers outside of the European Union benefit from a 20% VAT reduction at checkout , this is solely to assist customers to any pending import duties that might accompany the shipment.
Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Can you mark the parcel as a gift, or set the value of the shipment low so I don't have to pay custom charges?
Unfortunately we can't mark shipments as a gift as it is against regulations and we will be held accountable for any infractions, we will however mark the value of the shipments as low as we are allowed within the boundaries of set regulations to minimise any custom charges that might apply.
